Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — bd322's website, applications, and all associated digital services.
• "User" — any person who has registered on or is using the Platform.
• "Account" — a personal user profile created through registration.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds held in a user's account.

Each person may open only one account. If the same person or family operates multiple accounts — even using the same device, IP address, or payment method — it will be considered a violation of the rules and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If your personal details change, update your profile immediately or notify our support team. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. We will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

• Keep your password strong — use a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

If the payment details provided at the time of deposit are incorrect, the transaction will fail and the funds may be returned with a delay.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit or total balance. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• bd322 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

• If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Two or more bonus offers cannot be used together unless explicitly stated.

Gaming Rules

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours.

• If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the date the complaint was submitted, further action may be taken.
• In disputes regarding game results, server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• In transaction disputes, the records of the payment provider will be taken into account.
• bd322's decision will be considered final and binding — unless there is clear evidence of fraud.
